A foundation offers a glimpse at a house’s health. This one was cracked and damp, plastered over superficially with a thin layer of concrete. The kitchen dated back to the 1960s. There was a bog/mosquito nursery filling most of the backyard. The house sold for more than $150,000 over asking.
